Store Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, pics, order number, and reason for return via info.lifedotstore@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and dispatch again.

2. Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59 (AUD).

• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days by standard shipping and 1-3 business days by express shipping, shipped via AUS post (Domestic and International).

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatch.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs (unless the customer purchases products that meet our specified amount for free shipping).

3. Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

• All transactions are secure and encrypted. We pledge that we will not disclose customers' personal information.

4. Taxes

• Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect tax. But in Australia our store is responsible for taxes. All our product prices include the tax amount.

5. Packaging

• All jewelry items are carefully packaged in our safty packaged. 

6. Warranties

• We offer a 6-month warranty on all jewelry items against manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse!.

7. Promotions and Discounts

• Only one discount code can be applied per order.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
