All Purchases are shipped via Australia Post. to estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 3-5 business days to precess your order for shipment.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

          Australia

We provide Standard Delivery Free  for orders over $59 (AUD), for any order under $59 we charge $8 within Australia.

Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days from our Melbourne store. Please note that it might take a bit longer for delivery to reginal areas.

* For Custom-made items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery (inclouding 

the total time for crafting a custom-made name necklace and shipping it to the customer.)

          New Zealand and Internationally

We provide Standard Delivery Free  for orders over $120 (AUD), for any order under $120 (AUD) we charge $30 (AUD).Your package should arrive within 5-10 business days from our Melbourne store.

* For Custom-made items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery (inclouding 

the total time for crafting a custom-made name necklace and shipping it to the customer.) ​

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Free express delivery for order over $120 (AUD), within Australia If order under $120 (AUD) we charge $15 (AUD). Free express delivery for order over $150 (AUD) internationally, If order under $150 (AUD) we charge $50 (AUD)

If you want your order to arrive quickly, choose Express Delivery. Just place your order online before 8 am, Monday-Friday (not include custom-made order), and select Express Delivery. Your purchase will be expedited, and for metropolitan areas, it should reach you on the next business day or two day after made a purchase. However, delivery to regional areas might take a bit longer.

TRACK YOUR ORDER​

Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

*If you wish ti change any details of your order once it's place, please contact our customer service team within 12 hrs via email info.lifedotstore@gmail.com with your name and order number.

-Customs duties ans taxes may be appliesto all international orders upon arrival in your country. LifeDot Store is not responsible for paying them, it is under your responsible.

-If the parcel is return to us, $20 (AUD) extra shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

-LifeDot Store, is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit once the pracel has been shipped, In the event that such a scenario occurs, we are willing to assist in contacting or speaking with AusPost.
