RETURN POLICY

At LifeDot Store, we are committed to provideing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our return policy: 

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, provided the failure does not amount to a major failure. For minor failures, we reserve the right to offer a repair only. We may decline to offer a refund or an exchange coupon in certain circumstances.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For full-priced items, you have 14 days from the date you received the product to return it for a store credit or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

  • Saleable Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Customer-Provided Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lower value. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and ship it again. 

  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • You may be asked to provide personal details and purchase number for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

Exclusions

Certain items are excluded from our change of mind returns policy, including:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Name necklaces

  • Pierced Jewellery ( Due to health reason)

  • Earrings ( Due to health reason)

  • Gift cards

( Please note: Jewellery on sale or engraved can not be returned or refunded)

Exchange 

Unfortunately, we are unable to providr exchanges right now, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and return the original item to be refunded ( **Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.)

Before purchasing, please ensure that you truly want the item before proceeding to buy and pay for it. Returning the product will incur a 10% restocking fee, which may be a disadvantage to you.
